Gone Astray is a metalcore band from Worcester, MA that has a passion for sending their message of faith through their music. Their sound on the heavier parts reminds me a lot of Demon Hunter, just not as clean sounding. When they go into the non-screaming vocals that is where the likeness ends, they have more of a upbeat pop sound to them, maybe similar to an Emery or Anberlin.

I thought Gone Astray's EP A Sense Of Composure was a good start for the band. The band have since released a full length album, Deliverance, that can be found below at iTunes. There is another band by the name of Gone Astray that is an alternative rock band once listening to the albums you can immediately tell that it is not the same band.

  1. Introduction
  2. The End Of You
  3. From The Top
  4. Sense Of Composure
  5. The Fear Of Sleep
  6. The West Coast
